Vickie M. Wolf became a partner of the firm in July 2004. Her practical industry experience enhances her work in litigation support.
Ms. Wolf has over 20 years experience in public accounting, providing auditing, accounting and consulting services to companies in a variety of industries. With this experience, she has been able to provide litigation support for cases involving breach of contract, antitrust, professional malpractice, wrongful termination, embezzlement and a variety of other business damage claims, as well as personal injury and wrongful death claims. She has provided numerous business valuation services for marital dissolutions, partnership and corporate dissolutions, and mergers and acquisitions. Her services include expert witness testimony in deposition as well as trial.
Prior to joining Brodshatzer, Wallace, Spoon & Yip, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer in an international research and development/distribution company. In that position, she was responsible for the finance, accounting and administration of three U.S. locations and two Mexican affiliates. Other prior positions held include Vice President of Finance of a construction company.
A summa cum laude graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Ms. Wolf was originally certified as a CPA in the state of Missouri and is currently certified in California and Nevada. She is also a certified fraud examiner, and is accredited in business valuations.
She has taught continuing education courses for law firms, banking institutions, and other business groups and is a frequent lecturer at various educational institutions including San Diego State University and the University of San Diego.
