Marilyn Weber is a litigation support specialist and auditor at Brodshatzer, Wallace, Spoon & Yip.
A magna cum laude graduate with a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Chico, Ms. Weber has over ten years' experience performing audits, reviews and compilations for companies in the manufacturing, retail, wholesale and real estate industries.
In addition, she has extensive experience performing accounting functions for small companies, including but not limited to preparation of financial statements, general ledgers, general journals, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax forms, sales tax returns and 1099 forms.
Ms. Weber frequently instructs continuing education courses for the accounting profession.
