Vickie M. Wolf brings practical industry experience as well as specialized expertise in litigation support, auditing and accounting to the firm of Brodshatzer, Wallace, Spoon & Yip.
Ms. Wolf has over 10 years experience in public accounting, providing auditing, accounting and consulting services to companies in a variety of industries. With this experience, she has been able to provide litigation support for cases involving breach of contract, antitrust, professional malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, wrongful termination, embezzlement and a variety of other damage claims. She has provided numerous business valuation services for marital dissolutions, partnership and corporate dissolutions, and mergers and acquisitions. Her services include expert witness testimony in deposition as well as trial.
Prior to joining Brodshatzer, Wallace, Spoon & Yip, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer in an international research and development/distribution company. In that position, she was responsible for the finance, accounting and administration of three U.S. locations and two Mexican affiliates. Other prior positions held include Vice President of Finance of a construction company.
A summa cum laude graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Ms. Wolf was originally certified as a CPA in the state of Missouri and is currently certified in California and in Nevada. She is also a certified fraud examiner.
She has taught continuing education courses for law firms, banking institutions, and other business groups and is a frequent lecturer at various educational institutions including San Diego State University and the University of San Diego.
