Robert H. Wallace, a founding partner of Brodshatzer, Wallace, Spoon & Yip, is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Wallace's auditing, accounting and business operations experience has focused primarily on manufacturing, retail, service industries, real estate, and construction. He also has specific experience in business consulting, business valuation, and projections and business plans.

In addition to his accounting background, Mr. Wallace is well known in the legal community. As an expert witness and consultant, he oversees research, damage computations and valuations for cases involving intellectual property damages, personal injury, marriage dissolution, audit and accounting deficiencies, business losses and business valuation, as well as providing court and deposition testimony and assistance in and analysis of settlement proposals.

Mr. Wallace frequently instructs various continuing education courses for law firms, banks, and legal or other organizations. Much of his instructional experience concerns topics related to business valuation, personal injury and wrongful death calculations, as well as the use of economic experts and understanding financial statements.

An economics graduate with a major in Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Wallace also has a master's of science degree in Accounting from Wharton Graduate School.
