Wayne Mushet specializes in consultation, tax preparation and planning at Brodshatzer, Wallace, Spoon & Yip. He joined the partnership as Partner in charge of Tax Services in January, 1997.
His industry experience includes an emphasis in real estate construction, development and investment owned by individuals, closely held corporations and partnerships. His tax experience encompasses inbound foreign taxation, estates, trusts and probate accounting, as well as bankruptcy and practice before the Internal Revenue Service. He has an extensive background working with retail, wholesale and manufacturing concerns, and service industries in the medical and legal fields.
Mr. Mushet received a master of science degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University following his graduation from California State Polytechnic University where he earned a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration with majors in accounting and real estate.
He has taught continuing education courses in taxation for accounting firms and certified public accountant professional organizations. He is also a licensed California real estate broker.
