Charles R. McBride, CPA joined the Firm as a principal in May 2008. He has extensive experience in litigation support services, preparing and defending construction contract claims, auditing and reviewing construction project costs, acquisition due diligence and accounting system implementations. He has broad experience in the construction, real estate, aviation, distribution and manufacturing industries. He has used his business experience to help resolve complex claims and disputes and to mediate the close-out process on GMP and cost-plus construction contracts.

In the construction industry, he has worked extensively in all facets of contractor operations and in litigation with both public works and privately funded project issues. He is experienced in understanding cost accounting systems and management reports that contractors and business executives use to run their businesses and in asking for pertinent documents that will lead to a determination of the facts in a given situation. As a Vice President, CFO and Controller, he had responsibility for financial reporting and preparing, analyzing, and evaluating claims and estimates of cost to complete on construction contracts. In this capacity it was necessary to evaluate change orders and associated costs for impacts on contract profitability. Areas of expertise include:
