Kristin Spoon-Nalu is a Financial Analyst for Brodshatzer, Wallace, Spoon, & Yip.
Ms. Spoon-Nalu has consulted on a variety of litigation matters including eminent domain, breach of contract, construction defect, wrongful termination, wrongful death, and personal injury actions. Ms. Spoon-Nalu is also experienced in the analysis and critique of opposing economic experts testimony.
Prior to joining BWS&Y, Ms. Spoon-Nalu worked at KPMG, LLP as a consultant in the Forensic and Litigation Services Department with a primary focus on real property issues. Ms. Spoon-Nalu has performed real property valuations for hospitality including hotels and golf courses, office, and industrial properties. She has also performed Ad Volerum property tax appeal valuations for one of the largest hospitality REITS in the world.
Other research experience includes the statistical forecasting and reporting of residential real estate economic indicators presented on behalf of the Real Estate Institute at the University of San Diego.
Ms. Spoon-Nalu received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, magna cum
laude, from the University of San Diego.
