Marty Fess is a certified public accountant and licensed attorney who brings extensive experience in auditing and accounting to her work in litigation support services with Brodshatzer, Wallace, Spoon & Yip.
Ms. Fess is a graduate of the University of Illinois where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She is also a graduate of the USD School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree, Magna Cum Laude. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed attorney with the State of California.
Her combined legal and accounting expertise is valuable in preparing damage analyses in cases involving breach of contract, marital dissolution, patent and copyright infringement, bankruptcy, wrongful termination and personal injury. Ms. Fess's client services include expert witness testimony, financial analysis, business valuation, forensic accounting and discovery assistance. Her clients range from individuals and small businesses, including professional practices, sales distributors, construction companies and restaurants, to large businesses such as high-tech manufacturers and retail merchandisers.
Ms. Fess is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the State Bar of California.
